Every year, more than 3,500 student affairs educators attend the ACPA Annual Convention to connect with colleagues and participate in the generation and dissemination of knowledge. In 2013, due to our co-location with NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation, we expect more than 5,000 ACPA and NIRSA attendees to have access to the exhibit area. Further, ACPA’s commitment to advancing social justice and identifying emerging best practices in student learning provides a foundation for premier professional development. That commitment is reinforced by creating a vibrant atmosphere in our exhibit hall that features products and services to support student affairs educators as they make a difference in the lives of students!

For each 10’x10’ booth purchased, you will receive:
- Two complimentary convention registration passes with full access to the convention programs, speakers, and networking receptions (an $850 value). Non-profit organizations will receive one complimentary registration pass (a $425 value).

Caution! Scam alert!
Prior to a previous ACPA Annual Convention, a company called Convention Housing Services contacted exhibitors falsely claiming to represent ACPA as a travel agent. This company took exhibitor names and contact information off of the ACPA convention Web site. Please be assured that ACPA does not share the contact information of its exhibitors with anyone other than Freeman and Experient, our only authorized contractors.
As a precaution, ACPA warns all of our exhibitors and attendees of this scam. Neither this agency nor any other travel agency is authorized by ACPA to contact or make housing arrangements on behalf of convention attendees. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room at the upcoming ACPA 2013 Las Vegas Annual Convention or representing themselves as ACPA, please get as much information as you can, such as name of the company, the person calling, and their telephone number.
