Shipping Educational Program Materials
All program presenters are encouraged to make handouts available in electronic format, via online handout tool. For those presenters who cannot make material available in electronic format; material for educational sessions and the convention showcase can be shipped to Boston. All educational and showcase material will be delivered to the Convention Headquarters Office.

Convention Headquarters Office in the Hynes Convention Center, and is open Friday 4-8pm, Saturday – Tuesday 8am-5pm, and Wednesday 8-10am. Neither delivery service nor carts are available for use in moving boxes from headquarters. Presenters are responsible for moving their own boxes. Boxes or packages not claimed at the end of the convention will be discarded.
