Ancillary space includes all functions at convention, other than educational program sessions, that need space or need a place to meet or gather. Ancillary programs include Commission, Standing Committee, State and International Divisions, or other association meetings, socials, receptions, and any group meetings.
The deadline for submitting requests for ancillary space was November 2011. Coordinating presenters for ancillary space were notified of assignments in February 2012.

The Food Order Form needs to be completed, and faxed or sent as an e-mail attachment to Colleen Blevins in the International Office.
