| February 12, 2009 | Regular registration deadline: Registration form and payment must be received or postmarked by February 12, 2009 |
| February 13, 2009 | Late Registration: Registration forms or payments received or postmarked on or after February 13, 2009 will be processed at the on-site registration rate. |
Convention Registration required to participate in Placement - Candidates not registered for the convention will be locked out of the placement system if they are not registered for the convention by February 12, 2009 .
Fee - Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received. If payment is received after the stated deadline, the next higher rate will be charged. If mailing payment, your Placement registration and convention registration must be paid for separately as they go to separate addresses.
Credit Card Changes - Employers or candidates wishing to change the credit card that has already been charged for their registration will be charged an additional $15 to cover the credit card fees.
Placement System Shuts Down - May 1, 2009
Last day to access the online system. Employers and candidates should print any information they need prior to May 1, 2009.
