Every year, more than 3,500 student affairs educators attend the ACPA Annual Convention to connect with colleagues and participate in the generation and dissemination of knowledge. Further, ACPA’s commitment to advancing social justice and identifying emerging best practices in student learning provides a foundation for premier professional development. That commitment is reinforced by creating a vibrant atmosphere in our exhibit hall that features products and services to support student affairs educators as they make a difference in the lives of students!
We hope you will join us in Kentucky for the ACPA 2012 Louisville Annual Convention and play an active role as we “create possibilities” for higher education!
For each 10’x10’ booth purchased, you will receive:
Exhibitor registration and move-in dates and times are:
| For-Profit Company/Organization | $1,450 USD |
| Non-Profit Organization | $1,125 USD |
| Exposed Corner Location | $125 USD (additional) |
| Additional Representative | $175 USD (each) |
Prior to the ACPA 2011 Baltimore Annual Convention, a company called Convention Housing Services contacted exhibitors falsely claiming to represent ACPA as a travel agent. This company took exhibitor names and contact information off of the ACPA convention Web site. Please be assured that ACPA does not share the contact information of its exhibitors with anyone other than Shepard Exposition Services, our only authorized contractor.
As a precaution, ACPA warns all of our exhibitors and attendees of this scam. Neither this agency nor any other travel agency is authorized by ACPA to contact or make housing arrangements on behalf of convention attendees. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room at the upcoming ACPA 2012 Louisville Annual Convention or representing themselves as ACPA, please get as much information as you can, such as name of the company, the person calling, and their telephone number. E-mail this information immediately to Kristan Cilente Skendall.
