Hotels

ACPA has negotiated special hotel rates for our 2012 Convention registrants at three (3) great Louisville hotels – all within walking distance of the Convention Center, area restaurants, nightlife, and more! You are encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, and no later than February 20, 2012, using the link provided in your convention registration confirmation e-mail in order to secure the convention room rate. Reservations after that date will be on room availability basis and may be at a higher rate.

Why is it important to fulfill the ACPA room block at convention hotels?

Hotel room blocks are agreed upon after a convention city selection process, which usually occurs years in advance. Meeting room block agreements with convention hotels establishes a history which enables ACPA to offer both competitive room rates and needed meeting room space in subsequent convention cities. If we do not fill our room block, ACPA must pay for rooms that were contracted and not filled.

Revenue from an ACPA Convention provides funding for other educational programs throughout the year, and keeps future membership and registration fees at affordable rates. Show your support for ACPA by making your hotel reservation online through the links embedded in your confirmation registration e-mail. Thank you!

In addition, when you book your room through the provided link, your rate will also include complimentary high speed Internet and reduced self-parking rates at these convention hotel properties.

The three convention hotels are:
