ACPA Members and Higher Education Colleagues –

After weeks of information gathering, thoughtful discussion, and careful consideration, we have come to a decision to make the ACPA21 Convention a fully virtual experience. While we value opportunities to gather in person, we do not anticipate global health conditions being favorable for a large gathering in March 2021. We also know that many of you are under spending and travel constraints and our hope is that a virtual ACPA21 will allow for much broader participation and access.

Additionally, we are excited to share that we’ve reached an agreement with our partners in Long Beach, California to pivot our in person convention from March 2021 to 2025. This means that Long Beach, California will become the site of our 2025 Annual Convention!

In the next few weeks, you will receive more details regarding the #ACPA21 schedule and how this shift to virtual will positively impact the curriculum and educational experience. Our program proposal process remains open and we encourage you to continue submitting proposals for educational sessions, scholarship sessions, and Pre-Convention Workshops as time allows!

Registration for ACPA21 remains open and we will soon post revised registration rates to reflect the shift to virtual. Our Advance registration rate will continue to be available at our lowest price offered until 18 September 2020. If you have already registered for ACPA21, we will be in touch about adjusting your registration rate and processing necessary refunds. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Tricia Fechter Gates, ACPA Deputy Executive Director at [email protected].

We are excited to gather virtually in March 2021 and are eager to return to an in-person experience at our 2022 ACPA Annual Convention in St. Louis, Missouri from 6-9 March 2022!

The #ACPA21 experience was planned as, and will continue to be, an experience that is Refreshing, Revitalizing, and Real…but now, it will also be Reimagined.
