As the landscape of higher education and student affairs continues to change, expand, and grow, today’s employment searches for student personnel positions are often a multi-layered and complex process. The purpose of this pre-convention workshop is to unpack the intricacies of searching for positions w by providing a holistic approach to knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience development in regards to higher education. Participants will also be able to synthesize and evaluate the importance of one’s identity to the employment process.
