Hosting a Reception or Event at ACPA17
Whether your goal is to outreach to potential new students or employees, to connect with alumni and friends, or to uphold a longstanding ACPA tradition, hosting an event for your institution or organization can be a great way to become part of convention at ACPA17!
Process for Requests
The submission portal for Ancillary Space requests has closed, but information remains available about the process of submissions as a reference. Requests are typically accepted through our CDMS database, and a webinar provides additional support as chronicled below.

Food and Beverage
Here you will find official menus to make food and beverage requests. Food and beverage is optional for your event, and cost will need to be covered by your group. Please ensure you select the correct venue for each event to ensure accurate options and costs. Although the food and beverage order deadline has passed, we have left the menus up for your reference.

Audio Visual (A/V Requests):
You are able to request audio visual services as a part of your ancillary space request. You or your organization will be responsible for any costs associated with your Audio Visual request. LCD projectors are not supplied in program rooms unless requested, and no AV requests can be accommodated for Round Table events. A full list of A/V options is available on the request form.
