How do I get from the airport to the hotels?

There are multiple ways to get from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to the convention hotels.

  • MTA Light Rail: Trains leave BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport every 30 minutes. Upon arrival, follow the signage to ground transportation. The light rail train will take you directly into downtown Baltimore, where you should get off at either the Camden Yards or Convention Center stops. One-way fare is $1.60. Download a full schedule.
  • MARC Train: The MARC Penn Line runs from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to Baltimore Penn Station. MARC offers a free shuttle from BWI to the airport train station. One-way fare is $4, and schedules are available for download.
  • Super Shuttle: A shared ride van will transport you to and from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to the Baltimore Convention Center for $22 per person or $12 for each additional person in your group. Pick-up can be arranged online.
  • Taxi Service: Cab and taxi service is available from the Lower Level exit of BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport to the Convention Center for approximately $35.

How do I get around the city during the conference?

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) operates the light rail, metro subway and bus system in Baltimore. One-way fare is $1.60, or day passes can be purchased for $3.50 each.

The Charm City Circulator also operates routes throughout the city, and stops at the Baltimore Convention Center. This is a free service with three routes that run every 10 minutes, 7 days a week. The Circulator connects to less expensive parking, Amtrak, MARC, Light Rail and the Metro Subway.
