The Next Generation Conference, or simply referred to as Next Gen, will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30, 2008 prior to the start of the 2008 ACPA Convention in Atlanta.

Next Gen is a unique opportunity for about 100 undergraduates from across the nation to learn about careers in student affairs. Participants will meet and learn from current graduate students, graduate preparation program faculty, and seasoned student affairs professionals who work at a variety of colleges and universities across the country. This is a great way to explore the profession and gather the information you need to plan your future.

The conference begins early Saturday afternoon and concludes early Sunday evening, just in time for the convention's opening session.

The Annual Convention has created special rates for Next Generation participants who also stay and attend the Annual Convention. Please read over the Next Generation Registration Polices.

Note: All rates are in U.S. Dollars. Registration forms and payment must be postmarked or received by 11:59 pm EST on the stated deadline. The last day to mail in registration forms in February 28, 2008.

The hotels for the 2008 ACPA Annual Convention are the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and the Marriott Marquis.

You must indicate that you are a participant in the Next Generation Conference and the earlier you register for this service, the better chance you have of being matched.
