Shipping Information to Atlanta

Educational Program Material Shipping

All program presenters are encouraged to make handouts available in electronic format, via web or email attachment.  For those presenters who cannot make material available in electronic format; material foreducational sessions and the convention showcase can be shipped to Atlanta. All educational and showcase material will be delivered to the Convention Headquarters Office. Convention Headquarters Office is located in Hyatt Regency Atlanta Chicago A-D, and is open Friday 5:00 – 8pm, Saturday – Tuesday 7am-5pm, and Wednesday 7-10am. Neither delivery service nor carts are available for use in moving boxes from headquarters.

Placement Shipping

ACPA has partnered with Shepard Exposition Services to handle the receipt and delivery of material from employers using the placement center. Shepard will receive all packages and deliver them to your interview table in time for table setup on Friday, March 28 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Employers are responsible for packaging and shipping using the appropriate shipping labels on each box or package. In addition, all packages require a material handling form to be completed and submitted, along with payment for services, to Shepard prior to your package arriving in Atlanta. Packages that arrive without proper paperwork may be refused and returned to the sender.
