1. Individual Person or College/University paying the bill (Non-Master Account)
Institutions or individuals who have requested space for a meeting/reception through the ancillary space request form online will place orders directly with the facility where the event is scheduled to occur. Time/space assignments and food ordering instructions were sent to coordinating presenters in February 2008. Deadline for placing order with property is March 3, 2008. Menus are listed above

2. ACPA or ELF paying Bill (Master Account Charge)
Commissions, Standing Committees and other ACPA entities who would like to have ACPA pay for food and beverage for them should use this process.
Full details on ordering area available below. Coordinating presenters will need to complete a food and beverage request form and submit it to the National Office to approve and place the order. The deadline for submission will be February 21, 2008. Menus are listed above.
