Major Speakers
Three major speakers will highlight the 2008 ACPA Annual Convention including the opening and closing. The opening speaker kicks off the convention. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 75,000 for Opening Speaker; $ 25,000 each for the other two.
Placement Center
The Center has existed for 35 years and is the most extensive student affairs on-site placement program. Nearly 900 job candidates and 900 employers conduct more than 9,000 interviews in four days. Many of the job candidates have been in the profession less than seven years or graduate students searching for their first job. Partners who have a focus on employment and training will find this a perfect way to brand their products and services to student affairs professionals. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 50,000
Convention Showcase
The carnival provides an opportunity for ACPA’s Commissions, Standing Committees, and State/International Divisions to highlight their activities and to get members involved. It takes place in a festive environment, usually based around a theme. Partners have the opportunity to participate with a give-a-way or in some other promotional manner. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 30,000
Awards Lunch
Approximately 400 delegates attend the lunch to give recognition to those who have made significant contributions to ACPA and to the student affairs profession. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 25,000
Cybercafé/E-mail Center
The center gives attendees an opportunity to keep up with work while away from campus. The CyberCafé is open 24 hours with 31 stations, including one for persons with disabilities. The sponsor's Web site will be the default screen on all computers. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 25,000

Next Generation Conference
This conference is targeted to undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a graduate degree in higher education administration and entering the student affairs profession. Approximately 100 juniors and seniors attend this two-day event that occurs prior to the convention. This is a great opportunity to develop awareness of your product and/or service to undergraduates. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 15,000

Refreshment Breaks in the Vendor Exhibit Area
As an added value to the exhibit hall, there will be several refreshment breaks to increase traffic in the exhibit hall and provide for an atmosphere to support conversation with attendees. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 15,000
2008 Convention Bags - Sponsorship opportunity: $ 10,000
Diamond Honoree Reception
The ACPA Foundation recognizes leaders within ACPA and student affairs each year. Honorees are nominated for the Diamond Honoree recognition. A reception is held introducing the honorees. Nearly 100 delegates attend this invitation-only event. Most of the delegates are senior-level student affairs professionals. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 10,000
Leadership Reception
Approximately 200 ACPA leaders, including past presidents, attend the reception on the eve of the convention's opening. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 10,000
Senior Student Affairs Officers Program & Reception
This event is targeted to institutes within the convention's educational program. The educational program for senior-level professionals (deans, vice presidents and faculty) is focused on such topics as legislative and legal issues, supervision, contracts, and risk management. Following the program is a reception. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 10,000
Convention Orientation
The orientation program provides first-time delegates an opportunity to become familiar with ACPA and receive information to help them navigate the convention. Many of the orientation attendees have been in the profession under three years. Sponsorship opportunity: $ 5,000
